looks like jake white's plan is working out nice in rwc by playing springbok b team in 2007 tri nations.the top guys or inform and the newer cap players that played as the b team everyone complained about his call to play b team in tri nations maybe aus and nz should have done the same??

Definetely seems that way, every time the Boks play they look fresh. Also i see a huge improvement in their fitness, eariler this year they were leading 21-12 against the All Blacks in Durban but fell apart towards the end and were really shown up by their lack of fitness in comparison to the New Zealanders.
