Has to be Ireland, we knew before the world cup started that England lacked cutting edge and were out of form so it hasnt been much of a surprise to see them struggling. Ireland on the other hand were so good at the end of last year, beating the Wallabies and South Africa that perhaps they were seen as a team who could challenge the All Blacks. Instead they almost get beaten by Georgia and are well beaten by Argentina and France.
