France have delighted their fans with an 87-10 victory over a 14-man Namibia in Sunday's Pool D match at Le Stade.

It was France's biggest-ever victory in an international, eclipsing their 77-10 win over Fiji in 2001.

In a fitting tribute to Namibia's never-say-die attitude, their centre Bratley Langenhoven crossed for the final try that cut France's winning margin to 77 points in the 13-tries-to-one victory.

Nambia trailed 40-3 at the break, yet the second half was not much better than the first. France outscored them 37-7!

Anything short of 50 points against Namibia for these top teams would be something of a poor showing, like Ireland.
France, I feel need to prove themselves. They will be tested this weekend against Ireland, but the Irish wont offer the real resistance France is likely to face, in the form of the All Blacks in the Quarters, if France comes in 2nd of their pool.
