Premiership side Saracens are backing Tabard's latest initiative to encourage more women to play rugby.
Players from the Watford-based club were at Cobden Hill, Radlett, on Sunday to support their neighbours' recruitment drive.
As well as fielding two men's teams and an excellent youth section, Tabard have a team for women and are hoping to develop a team for girls.
The women's side was established last season, playing friendly fixtures. They are continuing to do the same this campaign, with the aim of joining a league next season.

u Tabard recently held their first rugby skills day for seven to 11-year-olds.
Thirty youngsters from primary schools attended, with the children being presented with certificates to mark their efforts.
