Well I guess you should make sure that your food in take is full of protein and nutrients. No saturated fats [or very little], no added sugar, etc. A lot of grilled chicken, fish, steamed veg etc. In terms of exercise it all comes down to if you want to lose weight or gain muscle? Start a good cardio program and hit the bench and begin lifting weights, coupled with the diet you'll notice the change soon enough... I'm not dietician or personal trainer though so if you need professional advice consult someone at your local gym or on your team.

I would recommend eating less fat, and eating more smaller portions per day, rather then 3 huge meals a day. Cardio is very important and for me cardio is the only thing that burns fat.

I would have, the only problem is I am not really an expert on rugby fitness. I only know what works for me on a personal level. I am sure guys who play rugby have to follow a different diet. For one, their proteien intake should be much higher than I will normally take etc.

It is however a good idea, and can only attract more people to the site.

I will post the link to the forum again as soon as the new year starts again. Then I will get active on my sports blog again. I am simply too lazi right now.
