Well I guess you should make sure that your food in take is full of protein and nutrients. No saturated fats [or very little], no added sugar, etc. A lot of grilled chicken, fish, steamed veg etc. In terms of exercise it all comes down to if you want to lose weight or gain muscle? Start a good cardio program and hit the bench and begin lifting weights, coupled with the diet you'll notice the change soon enough...
