In a couple of weeks I'm leaving on holiday, and I've been looking for some kind of decent rugby-themed fiction to read on the plane. So far I haven't had much luck -- rugby fiction seems to be a desolate wasteland at the moment. Anyone have a suggestion?

Good question. I've been looking for a good fictional rugby read for ages. Seems like a no brainer but so far, no joy.

Just read one, Loose Head by some wanker called Jeff Keithly. Murder mystery about an English old-boy rugby team who go on tour to Vegas, get up to all kinds of disgusting shenanigans, and then one of the guys blackmails his mates and winds up dead. Plenty of sex, violence, humour, lots of on-field action, and it's actually surprisingly well-written. I think it's only available electronically -- I bought it on Amazon for my Kindle ( http://www.amazon.com/Loose-Head-ebook/ ... 609&sr=1-1) but I know it's available from iBooks as well. Hard to beat it for $1.99
