Rugby Help
I'm going into my sophomore year of college and getting ready to join my college rugby team. To be honest, I'm a bit nervous as to what to expect, especially in the fitness aspect. It's a club sport but I hear that it's tough. I'm 5'1 and 125 lbs. Is there any suggestions as to what I should be doing fitness wise? I used to play soccer and run track so i've been doing old exercises. Any advice? What position do you think the coach will put me on? Thanks!
