Whilst I can understand the need to charge more for certain World Cup games than others what I cannot stomach time and time again is the allocation of tickets to the IRB to distribute to coporate people and so called packages. They will be allocating 35000 tickets again to these types for the final in 2011. When will they learn that its the ordinary folk who have always been there for rugby time and time again. As soon as there is a break away Super Series for countries like Kerry Packer did with cricket the better, the IRB has to change the way rugby is administered or go simple as that.

I guess you have a good point there. I wonder if they sell those kind of tickets for cheaper or more expensive though. I know I have been invited to the Boks vs All Blacks before, on such a corporate package. But what one tickets go for I am not sure. I think maybe many of these companies actually buy tickets in great numbers, and it is offered as some of reward to their clients... or to try and keep them as their clients. Many of these people, are also ordinary folks trying to go to rugby matches, and sometimes they will not be able to afford it otherwise.
