What can do a young player (16); from 3 or 4 years to became a referee with international possiblilities?. What's the iter to beacme a referee in UK? Now, I continue to play in Italy but in 2011 I'll study and play in Australia. After this esperience of play and life, I would like to became a referee. Who can help me? thanks

Contact the IRFU for the information, it should be available in Italian too. Basically you work your way up from small levels i.e. schools rugby and onward.
