Rugby Scholarship and Career
Hi,
I am Nathaniel an experienced, dedicated rugby player, looking to advance to the next level of rugby. I currently live in the United States, although I am an English Citizen. Ive played rugby for 4 years in Arizona for my Club team The Scottsdale Wolves, I was then selected for the Arizona Representative Select Team for my third year in a row this year, I was also selected for an the Pacific Coast Elite Select Camp. I am 17 years old and joined the Scottsdale Men's Team which is an over 20's program and started for them in their pre season before returning to U-19 for regular.
I am 6'2, 170 pounds and athletic and currently play fly half for my clubs (I say clubs because I essentially play for three teams). I have experience all around the field, and like to play full back and Flanker. I play rugby at least 4-5 times a week and get in the gym at least 2-3 times a week. I havent timed my current sprint but can within the week.
I have put all this on the table because I am looking for a Rugby Scholarships in Europe, Australia or the United States. I have a 3.5 GPA, Captain my U-19 team and have over 100 hours of community service.
I was going to attend Arizona State University on a Merit Based scholarship, but due to the economic crisis many of those where dropped.... lucky me. Any help is very much appreciated as I want to play rugby at a higher level but of course education must always come first.
Please, any contacts you can offer or links or even a good luck cheer would be appreciated. I want to go to University and play rugby and at this point money seems to be the only thing holding me back.
Thanks,
Nathaniel

Answers from Italy
Sorry, but national situation is badder than before. In last years a lot of Clubs are limitated its activities and many young players leaved rugby; others choose other Country. In this moment my suggestion is : find a rugby Club in UK (like my son) more rugby evolution, high level and good coaches.
And about school: is better to forget.
I'm sad, Andrea
