Help!!!!!!!!
Ok so I have a bit of a problem, approx 12 weeks ago now I snapped my thumb off playing some summer rugby league, I was in plaster for about 7 weeks and since then have not exercised due to the thumb being so sore (sounds lame I know).
Now as you know, we are 1 week away from the first games of the new season and I am way way behind everyone else, its made my asthma worse, and I tried running today and go nowhere.
So what I need is a very short cutted, effective, post pre season fitness programme?
any ideas???
