The New South Wales Rugby League has named Tim Sheens as coach of the City Origin team for 2008.

The appointment is Sheens' third in succession and follows City's 12-6 victory against Country in this year's fixture at Coffs Harbour.

"Tim Sheens has had a long and successful coaching career and we are privileged to have him take charge of the City side again next year," NSWRL General Manager Geoff Carr said today.
