Huddersfield hooker Scott Moore will start for England in Saturday's international against France in Paris.

Leeds winger Ryan Hall will also make his debut but Wigan half-back Sam Tomkins and Castleford loose forward Joe Westerman have been left out.

France are without seven regulars for the game at the Stade Jean Bouin.

Dimitri Pelo, Jamal Fakir and Sebastien Raguin were already missing but Cyril Stacul, David Ferriol, Olivier Elima and Christophe Moly are now also out.
