OLLY MORGAN says the 'chokers' tag is in the back of every Gloucester player's mind every time they take the field.
The full-back is hell-bent on bringing home some silverware this season as another Guinness Premiership campaign reaches its climax with Gloucester on top.
After a disappointing time in the England Six Nations squad, given no game time by Martin Johnson, Morgan is happy to focus on his club and the two competitions – the league and the EDF Energy Cup – that they are still involved in.
Morgan said: "A lot of the guys want to prove people wrong. We've been talked about as chokers and that's always at the back of every single player's mind in the squad, not just the XV but the whole of the 40-man squad.
"We all want to prove people wrong and, sure, we are in that line of winning silverware."
Victory over Wasps on Saturday more or less guarantees a top four spot for the Cherry and Whites, meaning the target now turns to a home play-off semi-final.
But Morgan is also eyeing the EDF, in which Gloucester face the Ospreys at the Ricoh Arena on March 28, as a crucial fixture.
