Doncaster Knights to lose six star players
TOP National One points scorer Jamie Lennard leads a band of six players set to leave Doncaster Knights at the end of the season.
The fly-half, who can also play at full-back, has been attracting interest from Premiership and Magners League clubs following sterling service for the fourth-placed Knights.
He will be released from his two-year contract at the end of the season.
Big Tongan back rower Josh Afu has also been attracting interest from the Guinness Premiership and will not be taking up the option of a further year at Castle Park.
Winger Donovan Van Vuuren is to retire from professional rugby while prop Richard List has refused a contract offer and is considering an offer from France.
Winger Wes Davies is returning to Cornwall for family reasons and Chris Hughes has been released on medical grounds.
