Comments on the NSW team:
*The exclusion of Kite is puzzling especially since he played for Australia last week. So basically what the state selectors are saying is that he is good enough to play for Australia yet he isn't good enough to play for his state
*Too many backrowers in this team, there is 3 on the interchange for starters. If one of the front rowers goes down during the game NSW might be in a spot of bother
*Bird at 5/8th is a mistake IMO. He should be played at lock as he is not your traditional ball playing half which means more pressure will be placed on the shoulders of rookie Wallace.
