Hey all,

I'm a fairly new convert to rugby and live in the AFL heartland of Melbourne. Luckily I have some ex private school friends who introduced me to your wonderful sport. I have slowly figured out the bloody rules.

Have a three of us who will be signing up for Rebels memberships when we float and will try to get to as many games as possible.

I'm still learning so be gentle with me.

Welcome Rebel Yell. I am glad you discovered rugby. It is probably one of the best team sports there are. The rules are not that difficult though.

Strange enough, I am of opinion that there is no sport in this world you can claim not to like (if you are a person loving sports). If one knows the rules, a sport gets a whole new meaning to you.

That's excellent to hear man, I'm glad there are more and more converts to the 'Great Sport' or the 'Great Cause' as I like to call it. Get posting here and discussing topics! So lucky you live in one of the biggest rugger nations in the world too! Tell your friends to come over and post!
