Default Total Newbie but excited nevertheless

Hey all,
I am new here and new to the sport. I am a junior at SMU and just joined their team. I believe I will be starting tight head prop. Our team is small (literally the size of the players) and I am about 200lbs, 5'10'' at about 12%bf so I think I am a little small for my position. I know very little about the sport, but train very hard in the gym (used to be a bodybuilder and a competitive lifter) I also (at least until I began practicing with the team) did sprints and plyometrics.

At any rate, I already love the sport and can't wait until next practice (tue/thu.) It looks like there is a lot of great information on the site that I had better become aquainted with.

I am happy to be here and involved in such an awesome sport and hope to learn a lot from this site and the fellow members.

Thanks

Thanks for the kind words. Hopefully I can be helpful to most people, with much experience bodybuilding, powerlifting, and olympic style lifting I have a good deal of knowledge regarding weight training, cardio, and dynamic plyometrics. I love talking about that stuff and would love to help anyone who wants it.
