I am secretary of the Steve Prescott Fund, you may of heard about Steve, he used to play Rugby League for St.Helens, Hull and he was an Ireland Rugby League International.
Steve is 33 years old and has Pseudomyxoma Peritonei a rare form of Stomach Cancer.
