I know how you feel. My first season was this spring with my highschool team and we practiced every day after school for 1.5-2 hours and had 2 games a week and I got pretty beat up. It gets better the more you play. All I can tell you is to work out, especially any areas that you hurt, and to take care of your injuries (ie. wrapping them and heating/icing them)
