I have been playing rugby for 4 years going on 5 and last year i had a concusion went to hostpital. The only wise words i cac give you is the same my coach and doctor gave to me, We all play rugby to enjoy it and to continue on through an injury is a key part of rugby, well all get our bumps and bruises but its how we overcome these that makes us the player we are. Man tough it out and keep trying man no success ever came out of giving up.
